In the Yaroslavl region, inspectors are examining the kindergarten where the child sustained significant burns. The incident took place in Rybinsk on December 8, and the child’s mother provided an account of the events surrounding the episode.
According to the woman, a junior teacher was assisting the child in a bath when boiling water allegedly scalded him. The situation escalated as the child moved about with difficulty, and upon seeing his father, he cried out that someone had heated water for him. Observers reported that, in the presence of a senior teacher, the child was stripped to assess the severity of the injuries, revealing notable burn marks on the buttocks.
