The assailant disposed of the victim’s body by discarding it into a street toilet cesspool. Police, while pursuing leads related to the victim’s disappearance, located the suspect several days after the incident.

A comprehensive set of investigative measures was undertaken to establish the circumstances and causes surrounding the crime. The defendant admitted to the act during questioning. Prior to this, he had faced legal proceedings for related matters, according to available records.

The case materials have been forwarded to the court for review. If found guilty, the defendant faces a potential prison term of up to 15 years.
