Idealista, the leading real estate portal in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, has completed the acquisition of Inmovilla from the Elche-based group. Inmovilla specializes in developing CRM systems, real estate websites, and productivity tools for real estate professionals. This move aligns with Idealista’s ongoing strategy to consolidate software providers that support property management and brokerage across multiple markets.

The deal brings Inmovilla under Idealista’s broader ecosystem, expanding the reach of its technology and integration capabilities. Founded in 2006, Inmovilla has grown to a team of about 25 professionals serving more than 4,000 customers in Spain. The company will continue to operate independently, while benefiting from daily cooperation and integration with major portals and players in the Spanish real estate sector, as explained by Idealista.

Under the terms of the arrangement, Segovia will continue to lead the continued operation of Inmovilla, with sales technicians maintaining autonomous client service. The transition also sees Inmovilla joining Idealista’s management team, contributing its experience and knowledge to the group. This collaboration is expected to extend not only across the Spanish market where Inmovilla is based but also into Italy and Portugal.

The acquisition of Inmovilla marks a growth milestone and technological expansion for the portal, aimed at offering new digital solutions to real estate professionals. It represents the ninth acquisition by Idealista in the last two years. Notable past purchases include Miogest and Gestim in Italy and HCPRO in Portugal.

With this integration, Idealista now hosts a broader ecosystem that includes roughly 1,200 professionals, with 300 of them engineers and programmers. The partnership will position Inmovilla more firmly in the Spanish property management software market and deepen the integration of productivity tools and usability improvements for users. Founder Jesús Encinar highlighted that Inmovilla’s solutions will be highly useful for delivering top-tier portfolio management tools to Idealista customers. He noted that a sizable portion of the platform’s user base already relies on Inmovilla for portfolio management.

Raul Segovia expressed gratitude for the operation, underscoring the importance of maintaining independence while gaining the technological support of Idealista’s team. He emphasized the value of direct client management and autonomous relationships with other real estate portals, balanced by the advantages of collaboration with Idealista’s expertise.
