Entrepreneur and gastro-enthusiast Alexander Sysoev introduced the Heroes of Moscow media project, a two-week initiative aimed at highlighting individuals who have reshaped life in the capital. The project will unfold over a ten-day period, presenting audiences with insights into the people behind the city’s growth and vibrancy.

These are talented CEOs, active entrepreneurs, innovators, and forward-thinkers who have chosen Moscow as the launchpad for their ventures and personal ambitions. Their ideas and projects have left a tangible imprint on the city,” Sysoev explained.
In total, more than 20 entrepreneurs and top managers participated in the Moscow Heroes project. Participants include Daniil Shuleiko from Yandex Go, Alexey Giyazov of Alfa-Bank, Denis Kitaev, the Vesper developer, Kirill Kulakov of the Take Responsibility initiative, Egor Vysotsky from NetMonet, Maxim Perlin, Anton Kruglov and Evgeny Davydov of the Blacklight and Setters advertising agencies, Maxim Kashirin from Simple Group, and DJ Smash among others. The lineup reflects a cross-section of technology, finance, media, and cultural enterprises that actively shape the city’s contemporary economy.
The project explores more than career milestones. It captures the heroes’ daily routines, favorite routes through the metropolis, morning rituals, fitness practices, lunchtime favorites, and weekend family time. It also sheds light on how these leaders balance professional responsibilities with personal life, offering readers a glimpse into the habits that support sustained momentum in a fast-paced city. In addition, the initiative partners with over 20 metropolitan restaurants to feature special menu items inspired by the heroes, bringing their tastes and preferences into the public space in a tangible, culinary way.
From September 4 to September 11, the Khudozhestvenny cinema will present the Heroes Cinema program, a curated series of screenings featuring films that the Moscow Heroes participants have singled out as favorites. Beyond cinema, the project extends to cultural experiences, with themed playlists, book selections, and other media highlights that showcase the personal passions of the featured figures. These offerings will be accessible through Yandex services, enabling a broader audience in the region to engage with the project’s themes and personalities.
