Ford’s European electrification plan gains momentum with clear 2030–2035 targets

The move toward electrification is gaining momentum for Ford across Europe, as the company lays out clear steps to shift its entire lineup toward electric propulsion. Leaders and engineers are aligning around fixed milestones that set a concrete path for the electrified future. At an opening session of an eMobility conference, Dionisio Campos, head of Ford in Almussafes, articulated an ambitious plan: by 2030 Ford intends to ensure every passenger car produced in Europe is electric, and by 2035 electrification will extend to all commercial vehicles as well. This bold timeline positions Ford to transform its European manufacturing footprint and to meet growing demand for cleaner, more efficient transport options across the continent.
