Fire Incidents in Togliatti and Voronezh: Evacuations and Response

The fire at the dumpling shop building in Togliatti has been put out, according to the regional emergency services and TASS. At 11:05 a.m., officials announced that the open-area fire had been extinguished and declared a liquidation of the incident. Earlier, a high-intensity blaze was reported at a ravioli shop in Togliatti, as stated on the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies for the Samara region. The fire was upgraded to a higher level of danger, with 70 personnel and 23 units deployed to combat the flames. Fortunately, there were no injuries, and 95 shop employees evacuated on their own.

In a related update, the Ministry of Emergencies previously reported a fire at an oil depot in Voronezh. The fire occurred in an area of about 800 square meters and was brought under control. The reservoirs involved held roughly 5,000 cubic meters of aviation kerosene and were damaged by the blaze. Firefighting efforts involved 97 people and 31 pieces of equipment.
