Other recent updates include reports of a transformer explosion followed by a fire at a tractor factory in Chelyabinsk, according to Mash Telegram channel. Responders coordinated outages of the affected electrical systems and conducted a thorough assessment to ensure the safety of personnel on site.

Additionally, coming from St. Petersburg, there were mentions of a strong fire within a residential complex. While details varied in early reports, authorities continued investigations and containment efforts to determine the cause and prevent further risk to residents.
