Finetwork is an Alicante-based telecommunications company that began as a local venture and rapidly expanded its footprint. The firm surpassed a major milestone by reaching one million customers after a strong October showing, driven by record net registrations that month. The company reported 55,000 net additions in October, topping its September peak and signaling sustained momentum as it grows its subscriber base across Spain and beyond.
The growth aligns with Finetwork’s strategic roadmap for 2023-2027. In April, Oscar Vilda was appointed as the operator’s chief executive, with a clear objective for the new phase: to double the customer base by 2024. This ambitious target forms part of the broader plan titled “Doubling Down,” introduced in June and aimed at accelerating market penetration through competitive pricing and enhanced service offerings.
Finetwork began operations in Villena, though its registered office and roots lie in Elda. Since launching locally in 2015, the company gained national attention four years later and has continued to scale rapidly. Today, Finetwork boasts one million customers, a testament to its commitment to value. The brand motto, “It’s a long way from here,” accompanies a distinctive cost-conscious approach that the company leverages to deliver value through some of the market’s most competitive prices while maintaining a personalized customer experience focused on human service.
In recent months, Finetwork renewed its leadership team and accelerated hiring. October alone saw about 20 new employees join, bringing the total to 333 staff across its centers in Elda, Alicante, and Madrid.
“We are very pleased with Finetwork’s development and the results of a focused, ambitious, yet achievable business plan that emphasizes responsibility and long-term sustainability. Our value proposition revolves around smart-cost rates, a growing commercial network, and a service philosophy that prioritizes 100% human, personalized customer support. Reaching one million customers is a notable milestone, and we remain grateful to our customers as we continue to strive for excellence,” commented a top executive on behalf of the company.

Much of Finetwork’s growth is tied to strategic sponsorships and brand partnerships. The company has supported athletes across sports, including Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso, top padel player Ale Galán, and Moto2 riders Pedro Acosta and Alonso López. It also sponsors several football clubs, including Real Betis Balompié and Real Sociedad, and backs national basketball teams for men and women. Additionally, Finetwork has become a cornerstone sponsor for the eSports team KOI, led by Ibai Llanos and Gerard Piqué. The brand has also aligned with popular influencers and public figures, expanding its visibility through collaborations with Marta Díaz and former footballer Joaquín Sánchez. More recently, the company participated in the Heart and Arrow Tour with the artist Manuel Carrasco, reinforcing its role as a dynamic, cross-sport sponsor in the market.
