Elche PP Unites Fifty Groups for Investment Demands

Elche’s Population Party (PP) managed to assemble fifty groups focused on social and economic issues. Given the qualities described in the document, it is necessary to present its manifesto to seek investment from the central government and the Generalitat. The document also labels current budgeting decisions as unacceptable and notes that the General Government Budgets left Elche waiting in the provincial queue, with only 160.8 million euros allocated for 2023. The manifesto grew out of frustration with the perceived inaction of both administrations to invest in the city. A call was issued for a set of investment requirements aimed at ending recurring crime in the community. The organizers stated that they brought in other political parties, not only the PP, into the manifesto and that fifty local organizations embraced the cause. Their contributions were presented during an event hosted by PP at the Milenio Hotel in Elche.
