A civilian resident of Naumovka, a village in the Belgorod region, sustained injuries during a drone attack attributed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported this incident via his Telegram channel, noting that the device appeared to be a kamikaze drone that descended, detonated on impact, and sent fragments into the surrounding area, striking the resident. Medical personnel evaluated the injuries and observed abdominal trauma among the affected individual.

Gladkov said an ambulance team transported the wounded person to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2, where they received the full spectrum of medical care available at the facility. The governor emphasized that doctors and staff provided essential treatment and monitored the patient closely, adhering to standard protocol for blast-related injuries and ensuring ongoing observation for potential complications.

In a related development, two settlements in Kursk region experienced power outages due to damage to a distribution line during the broader bombardment conducted by Ukrainian forces. The village of Tetkino, located in the Glushkovsky district, came under fire, but authorities confirmed that there were no injuries. Regional governor Roman Starovoyt communicated that local emergency and utility services were on standby and assessing the situation to restore electricity and support residents who were affected.

Earlier, a private house and an outbuilding suffered damage as a result of the strikes. Starovoyt pledged assistance to the homeowners, outlining plans to coordinate relief and potential compensation measures, depending on the extent of the damage and safety considerations for the community.

Reports also indicated that Russian air defense units intercepted two types of unmanned aerial vehicles over the Bryansk region, reinforcing ongoing fears about regional aerial threats and the capacity of defense systems to respond to multiple drone classes in the same operational window.
