Donetsk Leader Pushilin Warns on Weapons Flows to Ukraine Amid Global Crises

The leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, stated that turmoil in the Middle East could influence the flow of arms and equipment heading to Ukraine, yet the West is unlikely to halt all deliveries in a brief period. This assessment was shared on the Russia 24 channel.

Pushilin cautioned there should be no misjudgments about what is unfolding.

He noted that for Kyiv there are clear shifts investors and observers will be watching closely; such changes are expected to impact, among other things, the scale of arms and equipment shipments.

The head of the region added that in the near future Western partners might alter their approach and curb weapon supplies to Kyiv.

Pushilin also remarked that the Ukraine crisis has moved further down the information agenda and away from the front pages amid other global events.

He affirmed that all directives issued by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the special operation in Ukraine will be carried out as planned.

Earlier remarks from the DPR mentioned gains made by Russian forces to the northwest of Avdiivka.

There were also statements from the United States summarizing threats to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, described as among the most significant concerns.
