The regional authorities reported that the Ukrainian military conducted an attack on the village of Dolgoe in the Belgorod region, employing three kamikaze drones. The information was shared by Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the region, via his official update on the local communications channel.
According to the governor, the strike targeted the outskirts of Dolgoe, located in the Valuysky urban district. He noted that the attack affected a car and an excavator in the area.
Gladkov emphasized that there were no fatalities as a result of the incident. Emergency services are actively at the scene, assessing damage and ensuring safety for residents and responders alike.
Earlier, Gladkov had stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had used kamikaze drones in an attack on Tishanka, another village in the region, underscoring a pattern of drone activity at that time.
Additionally, in the preceding days, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian air defense units were stationed in the Belgorod region and claimed that a Ukrainian aircraft had been destroyed on that occasion.
