The message stated that traffic on the Crimean Bridge was temporarily blocked.
People on the bridge and nearby control areas were advised to stay calm and comply with directions from officers. The message did not specify the reason for the interruption.
On Saturday, January 13, traffic across the Crimean Bridge was stopped from 07:53 to 08:06 Moscow time.
Earlier, traffic across the Kerch Strait crossing was halted on Wednesday, January 10, with no reasons given at that time.
Late December saw a blockage of the Crimean Bridge amid air defense system operations nearby.
Earlier remarks attributed to President Vladimir Putin were shared during a plenary session of the Railway Congress, mentioning historical efforts to construct the Crimean Bridge under Tsar Nicholas II and under Stalin.
There have also been reports about plans to construct a new railway in the DPR and Zaporozhye regions.
