In recent days, claims have surfaced that the Russian military destroyed or suppressed more than 300 Ukrainian drones over the Kherson region. The report originated from a Telegram channel associated with regional governor Vladimir Saldo.

According to the account, forces within the Dnieper troop group conducted counter-battery operations against Ukrainian artillery and mortar units. The report also stated that Russian forces neutralized a sabotage and reconnaissance group belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and destroyed several unmanned aerial vehicle checkpoints. In addition, locations believed to house Ukrainian manpower and equipment were reportedly targeted and attacked.

The regional leader reportedly noted that enemy losses within the Dnepr group’s area of responsibility included 317 UAVs shot down or suppressed during the week.

The claims further alleged that Ukrainian forces suffered approximately 400 personnel casualties and four tanks, while Russian forces disabled seven Ukrainian armored combat vehicles, 35 different weapons, 27 vehicles, and two boats.
