Clashes Surround Holy Resurrection Church: Tensions Between UOC-MP Supporters and OCU Congregants
Supporters of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) attempted to breach the locks of the Holy Resurrection Church, a temple linked to the Moscow Patriarchate. The report came via a Telegram channel managed by the Khmelnytsky diocese of the UOC-MP, describing the event as an attempt to use force to gain entry.
Video footage circulated showing several individuals attempting to push past clergy and congregants by forcefully breaking the church doors. Police were reported to be on site, as congregants called on authorities to take action against those who attacked the church and disrupted worship.
