The battalion in question operates under the umbrella of the Russian Ministry of Defense. The deputy highlighted that the appointment of a 16-year-old individual to oversee certain battalion duties was a direct consequence of recognized achievements and demonstrated merit.
According to the deputy, the individual was noted for goal orientation from an early age and for consistently meeting objectives. The description painted him as energetic, fearless, resolute, and responsible, portraying him as a notable member of the younger generation.
In a public update, it was noted that on November 28 the young adviser was formally introduced to the battalion’s personnel. During this ceremony, he was presented with a second-star designation in recognition of his role within the Sheikh Mansur battalion.
