The head of the Tula region, Alexey Dyumin, confirmed that a downed unmanned aerial vehicle collided with a residential building in Tula. The information came through the telegram channel of the Government of the Tula region.
Dyumin noted that two Ukrainian drones were intercepted in the Tula region by the Russian air defense forces, and both were shot down before they could reach their targets.
He described that one of the drones lost control and crashed into an apartment building in Tula. Fortunately, there was no significant damage, though the impact damaged the windows of three flats. One resident sustained a minor cut and received medical attention at the scene.
Dyumin added that authorities will replace the damaged windows in the affected apartments in the near future.
Separately, Moscow’s mayor Sergei Sobyanin acknowledged another drone attack on the capital. He stated that one drone was neutralized in the air above Ramenskoye, maintaining the city’s safety measures against ongoing drone threats.
