Belgorod Region Reports Border Strikes, Power Outages, and Intercepted Drones

The Belgorod regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that the outskirts of several villages in the Krasnoyarsky district came under shelling from Ukrainian forces. Separately, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that its air defense capabilities destroyed 31 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in Kharkov region towns including Nyrkovo and Berestovoe, among others.
