When planning a private home, 39 percent of owners emphasize fire safety, 20 percent seek a dependable professional team, and 14 percent prioritize reliable plumbing and systems. Additionally, quality building materials matter to 41 percent of respondents, while cost concerns are paramount for 30 percent.
Moreover, 24 percent noted that discounts on construction materials emerged in September–October, and 16 percent observed that construction crews became more available and foremen were more consistent with payments during that period. The land itself for a fresh start in construction can be secured at a favorable price, which 16 percent of viewers considered a decisive advantage.
