Two 26 year old boys have been arrested this Monday in connection with the fatal anger that claimed the life of a young man yesterday, and the injuries sustained by three others. Police sources confirm that those taken into custody include the driver of the vehicle accused of murder and attempted murder, and the man who accompanied him during the events, described by authorities as a co-pilot. Investigators indicate this is the last arrest in a case that appears to involve a cover-up from the earliest stages. The sources added that the aim is to present the two detainees to the court as soon as possible.

The incident unfolded at approximately 06:35 on Sunday when emergency services received multiple calls from witnesses warning that several pedestrians had been struck on Isaac Peral Street and that one person was unconscious.

The coordination center mobilized the Public Company for Health Emergencies (EPES), the National Police, the Local Police and the Civil Guard. The 061 medical team was deployed, but those efforts could not revive the victim who died at the scene. The remaining three injured individuals, each sustaining different injuries, were evacuated to the Regional Hospital for treatment.

Close to the case, sources attribute the anger to a confrontation that occurred earlier between two groups in the VIP area of a nightclub. The dispute allegedly moved away from the venue and continued outside the venue, with neither party entering the vehicle and both parties reportedly seeking to confront members of the opposing group.
