Alicante’s APEHA Provincial Hotel Management Entrepreneurs Association, in collaboration with the Alicante City Council Department of Commerce and Hospitality and the Greater Brotherhood and Sisterhood Board of the Holy Week of Alicante, presents the Lenten gastronomic experience with the Tapa Cofrade and Friday Lent Menus for 2024. In its fifth edition, the event unfolds through a curated route that brings together the city’s finest chefs and restaurants. The aim is to celebrate Lent with a unifying, uplifting experience, featuring an extensive array of menus and tapas crafted from local ingredients each Friday, blending flavor with culture and tradition. This year, the program offers 31 gastronomic suggestions across participating venues, running from Friday, February 16th through March 28th, with full details available on the Jornadas Cuaresma Alicante website.
