Alicante has seen consistent growth in housing prices, with a notable 8.4 percent increase recorded last year according to data from the Idealista platform. This rising trend prompts a common question for prospective buyers: how will the market develop in the near term? The Knowledge Forum, a joint effort by Prensa Ibérica and Simapro, invites stakeholders to a focused discussion on the Alicante real estate sector, exploring opportunities and challenges for the upcoming period.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19, and will convene at the Archaeological Museum of Alicante, known as MARQ. Participants will examine the sector’s changes, the influence of New Generation funds, evolving market dynamics, the emergence of new housing models, the impact of digital transformation, and the role of the second home market in the broader Alicante economy.

The conference will be moderated by the Knowledge Club director, Toni Cabot, and will feature leading professionals from industry and public administration who will share insights into the key trends expected for the current year and for 2023.
