A resumo moment from the senior delegation’s visit to the Santa Pola headquarters highlights the practical side of family business leadership.

AEFA Senior recently focused on the century-old Bras del Port salt mines, located in Santa Pola. The tour, guided by Bras del Port’s general manager, Gonzalo Díaz, offered a close-up view of sea salt extraction and purification processes and provided a platform for dialogue among seasoned business owners about sustaining quality and efficiency in traditional industries.

AEFA Senior serves as a forum for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and exchange of experiences among province-based family business leaders, many of whom bring extensive expertise to the table. The program continues to support older executives in maintaining active involvement within the business community.
