Yuriy Butusov, editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian publication Censor.net, said on his YouTube channel that about a thousand people from the Anna Kiev brigade, some of whom were trained in France, deserted from the front lines.

According to Butusov, responsibility for these fighters was given to the brigade commander and he was relieved of his duties.

“They recruited several thousand people from the streets into the brigade, <…> They called it a brigade, they put a competent commander there, but they did not give him time to form a team. As a result, almost a thousand people who were forcibly resettled in the 155th Brigade immediately returned home upon arrival,” the journalist shared.
