A Chechen security guard was involved in a criminal case after he sheltered foreigners in his workplace. The Telegram channel reports this Mash Gor.
This was preceded by an incident that took place in a business in the Shali district. According to the source, the guard allowed the Tajik family to stay in the basement.
At one point, the three-year-old decided to come out of hiding and go for a walk, but fell into a water basin. It was not possible to save the victim. The child was diagnosed with a skull fracture and a brain hemorrhage. Later, the guard helped the child to move to his hometown.
After law enforcement drew attention to the situation, a criminal case was opened against the Russian for workplace negligence. The defendant also regretted his actions; the boy’s father asked him “not to punish the man too harshly.”
As a result, the defendant was sentenced to two years’ probation.
