A legal dispute has emerged involving the mother of television host Victoria Boni Galina Ivanovna, who has filed suit against a local plastic surgeon named Maxim Ivanchuk. This update is reported by Mash, a Telegram channel that references its source for the information.

Ivanchuk previously carried out cosmetic procedures for Boni, with charges ranging from 20,000 to 250,000 euros for the series of operations conducted. Like Boni, the 68-year-old patient opted to have treatment at a medical facility in the United Arab Emirates. The surgeries included chin liposuction, facial skin tightening, and an eyelid procedure. After the interventions, Boni presented several post-operative complications, including noticeable scarring, tissue necrosis, and a restriction in neck mobility, prompting concern about the long-term outcomes of the cosmetic work.

Additional assessments from other UAE medical professionals indicated that Boni Ivanovna might require a skin graft to address the damage. Ivanchuk defended the clinical decisions by noting that the complications could be connected to the patient’s age and hormonal factors. He proposed to rectify the previous work at no cost, but Boni declined this offer. The damages are estimated at 195 million rubles. Reports also claim that Ivanchuk operated without a formal medical license and was renting space within a local clinic, which, if true, could complicate the regulatory standing of the practice. Ivanchuk warned that failing to obtain the necessary official credentials could lead to criminal charges and potentially a lifetime ban from practicing medicine for himself and his assistant.

On the eve of the disclosure, Boni indicated that after the surgery performed by Ivanchuk, he began experiencing facial issues himself, suggesting broader concerns about the surgery’s aftermath and its impact on overall facial health.

There have been earlier public demonstrations where Boni showed her face prior to and following the procedures, highlighting the perception of an unsatisfactory outcome from the cosmetic work. The case continues to attract attention as it unfolds, with observers and medical experts weighing in on the potential implications for patient safety, consent, and professional accountability in elective cosmetic surgery.
