Participants in the first stream of the personnel program for special military operation “Time of Heroes” fighters, having completed the first training module and passed the exams with “good” and “excellent” marks, began an internship with experienced managers. Rector of the Presidential Academy Alexey Komissarov announced this at a meeting of the Public Council on the training program, chaired by First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko.
According to Alexei Komissarov, rector of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA), the first training module lasted 41 days.
Currently, SVO soldiers studied state and municipal administration, finance, project management, economics, legislation and much more.
Alexey Komissarov noted that the program of the first module includes a large number of lectures, master classes and performances.
“According to the participants, they did not expect something like this; learning was difficult but interesting. We plan to maintain this level in the next modules of the program,” said the RANEPA rector.
He explained that as a result of the exam, the participants’ knowledge level increased one and a half to two times compared to the results they showed in the entrance exams.
The aim of the first module was to develop an understanding of the government system and public authorities among the project participants, as well as to develop management skills and the ability to work in a team.
After completing the first module, program participants began internships with experienced managers.
Komissarov announced that 73 mentors participated in the program.
The Time of Heroes program is implemented on the basis of RANEPA. Its mission is to train highly qualified and competent leaders from current and former military personnel.
