The air defense system repelled the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and shot down several air targets on the approaches to Belgorod, this was announced by the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov. Telegram channel.
He noted that no one was injured as a result of the attack and that there was no serious damage to the infrastructure.
“Our air defense system worked over Belgorod and the Belgorod region – several air targets were shot down on the approaches to the city. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties,” it was reported.
Gladkov noted that the fragments fell in the central part of the regional capital, the services are already busy eliminating the consequences.
The regional head stated that information regarding the results has been clarified.
This morning, the Armed Forces of Ukraine was attacked Rzhevka and Voznesenovka villages of the Shebekinsky urban district. According to the governor, in Rzhevka, a car of one of the enterprises encountered an explosive object. As a result, two men in the car were injured: one of the victims had a shrapnel wound in the arm.
