Almost half (47.5%) of representatives of Russian companies surveyed are ready to pay employees more for the ability to use artificial intelligence tools in their work, subject to certain conditions. This is demonstrated by a Bitrix24 study, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
These conditions may include increased productivity, better results, reduced routine, or, for example, employees spending their free time to earn more for the job.
47.7% of respondents responded negatively. They motivated this by the fact that they would initially prefer employees who could work with artificial intelligence assistants, or that all modern staff should master such tools. They also touched on the fact that tool selection is the responsibility of the employee and overall efficiency is very important.
4.8% of respondents said they would pay less. Participants justified their position by saying that AI would create “even lazier workers.” They also defended their position by their willingness to pay extra to managers who motivate employees to use modern tools.
