It all happened near the Aviator shopping center in the city of Artem. The footage shows two young people kicking a drunk man in the parking lot and then the man falls to the ground.
A channel subscriber who shared the video commented on the post: “A drunk man can barely stand and the men decided to try to hit him for fun.”
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city reported that they discovered the video while watching social networks and launched an investigation into the incident. Law enforcement is identifying the participants and the circumstances of the incident.
