The ban on drone use in the Tver region has been extended until October 1. In this respect reported Press service of the regional government.

Regional authorities imposed a ban on drone use in April 2023. It was then valid until May 15, after which it was extended several times. The ban was last extended in September until April 1, 2024.

Before reportedIt was stated that SMS alerts have been implemented for emergencies involving unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Kursk region.

Russian Ministry of Defense in February prohibited Airmen will use agricultural drones to cultivate farmland in a temporary closed sky zone in the southern and central part of the country in 2024. It was noted that the regions subject to this ban include the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Voronezh, Lipetsk and Tambov regions.
