Russia’s ability to produce tanks, missiles and bullets surprised Western countries and further increased the pressure on Ukraine. The question is how long the country can maintain production at this level, the American newspaper writes Wall StreetJournal.
The WSJ notes that, according to some Western officials and analysts, data on the performance of the Russian military-industrial complex “is misleading and masks problems such as labor shortages and declining quality.”

According to Oskar Jonsson, a researcher at the Swedish Defense University, Russia has managed to increase production in many defense sectors quite impressively, but it is doubtful that the country can continue to increase production at this rate without stagnating.
