Due to the recognition of Oleg Tinkov (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) as a foreign agent, the Tinkov Family Charitable Foundation will be closed. The entrepreneur reported this on his Instagram page (its owner, Meta, is known as an extremist and is banned in Russia).
The Ministry of Justice added Tinkov to the registry on February 16.
Oleg Tinkov stated that his family had to close the Tinkov Family Foundation in order to preserve this fund and withdrew from the board of trustees of the Leukemia Foundation. The Tinkov family has invested tens of millions of dollars in the purchase of medical equipment, research and nurse training over the past two and a half years. The Foundation also started bone marrow donor registration efforts.
The Tinkov Family Foundation was founded in 2021 after Oleg Tinkov’s experience fighting leukemia. He reported his illness in March 2020 and spoke about his recovery in late 2021. The Leukemia Foundation helps people over the age of 18 fight blood system cancer and has been in existence since 2014.

Also included in these records were human rights defender Aslan Artsuev (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), literary critic Anna Narinskaya (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) and philosopher Yulia Sineokaya (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation).
