Police officers in Crimea opened a criminal case for hooliganism after a fight in a bar in the Black Sea region of the republic. This was reported by TASS With reference to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

“In the Chernomorsky district, police officers identified all participants and instigators of the incident in one of the local bars,” the report said.

It was stated that the two people who provoked the fight were detained.

Criminal proceedings were initiated for the offense under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).

Before reportedthat employees of the private military company (PMC) “Bears” attacked visitors of a cafe in Chernomorsk on Defender of the Fatherland Day. The men burst into the facility, forced the guests face down on the ground, and began beating them with their feet and batons, as well as firing machine guns into the air several times. One of the victims is in serious condition with a fractured skull, the others have broken noses and have been diagnosed with a concussion. According to an eyewitness, similar incidents occurred “more than once” in the village.
