The fire engulfed one of the infrastructure facilities in the city of Odessa. This was reported by the Ukrainian publication Strana.ua.

According to Odessa Regional Military Administration Head Oleg Kiper, many people were injured as a result of the fire. He said officers from operational and emergency services were currently working at the scene.

According to the online map developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the air strike regime was in effect in the Odessa region on the night of February 23. The area remained in the “red” zone for approximately three hours.

Journalists also noted that an air raid alert was issued in three regions of the country (Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd and Kharkov regions).
