In Bashkiria, two local residents who tortured a man by posing as a police officer were detained on suspicion of robbery and kidnapping. In this respect reports Telegram channel Baza.
The incident occurred on the evening of February 3 in the city of Tuymazy, two residents of Bashkiria blocked the car of a 27-year-old man on the road. They introduced themselves as police, dragged the driver onto the street, handcuffed him, put him in a car with fake license plates and took him to the neighboring village.
The kidnappers kept the young man in the basement, tortured him with a hammer and beat him, and extorted money. A few hours later, in the Oktyabrsky district of the republic, the mutilated victim was thrown out of the car.
While the suspects were detained four days later, two criminal cases were opened. The conditions of the event are being determined.
