According to him, on the night of February 11, fighters of the Russian Armed Forces launched a “perfect series of attacks” on residential areas. The agency source emphasized that locals counted three waves of attacks in total and 10 attacks on infrastructure facilities.
“The first wave was attacks on Nikolaev’s port infrastructure. It flew to Morport, the port of Olivia and the Black Sea Shipyard in the direction of Kabotazhny Landing,” noted Lebedev.

The underground coordinator added that the oil depot and the Zorya-Mashproekt factory were damaged during the second wave of attacks in the city.
