Last August, a 38-year-old IT project manager working from home was left alone with her three-month-old baby in her three-room apartment in Berlin. At one point, the man took the baby to the bathroom, turned on the faucet, and dropped her into the water. Emil drowned.

He stated that he was very busy when the baby started crying.
“When I came back to the bathroom, he was floating upside down,” the father cried in front of the boy’s mother. He faces life imprisonment.
