According to the Telegram channel, the incident took place in the Etalon residential complex on Neva. The girl entered the elevator to go down and go to class, but the elevator got stuck and water started pouring from above. At the same time, the student’s phone was not working and communication with the outside world was only possible through the dispatch button. The woman from St. Petersburg could not be rescued from the elevator filled with water for about an hour.

According to the statements of the residents of the neighborhood, there has been flooding in the house before.
