Russians told how often they face fatigue

The majority of Russians (75%) periodically experience loss of energy during or after work. Of these, 46% of the participants feel this sometimes, and 29% feel it quite often. A quarter (25%) of survey participants do not feel chronic fatigue. This is shown by a study of the services Rabota.ru and SBER EAPTEKA, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.

The majority of participants identified decreased productivity (51%) and apathy (47%) as symptoms of chronic lack of energy. Participants also noted the following symptoms: sleep problems (42%), mood swings (41%), persistent irritability (35%), and eating disorders (17%).

41% of Russians attributed the main reason for the long-term decline in performance and increased fatigue to lack of personal time. Another 38% stated that work is not enjoyable, 35% feel a lack of energy due to a sedentary lifestyle, and 34% are worried about working overtime frequently. Other reasons include: extended absence of vacation (24%), misunderstanding with management or team (23%), and personal family circumstances (22%).

For 19% of respondents, the cause of constant loss of strength is reliably established medical reasons.

By the way, to cope with mild types of fatigue and regain strength and energy, the majority of Russians (40%) take vitamins and vitamin complexes to increase energy. 28% of respondents try to eat more vegetables and fruits and are also interested in hobbies. 15% of respondents do sports regularly, while 13% of Russians try to take mini-vacations more often instead of rare long holidays.

This is also proven by the results of the internal study of SBER EAPTEKA. The demand for vitamins for physical vitality (number of packages) is increasing from year to year. So in 2023, cumulative growth by 2022 was over 30%.
