Russian company Hardberry RusFactor has developed a new UAV called Lovkiy that can be used for reconnaissance and fire adjustment. As RIA Novosti writes, this tiltrotor drone flies on “aircraft wings” and is capable of reaching speeds 2.5 times faster than all helicopters currently available in the North-West region.
According to the company, “Lovkiy” takes off like a regular quadcopter and then accelerates independently in the air, flying according to the laws of aerodynamics like an airplane, saving energy. The speed of this UAV can reach 160 km/h and even 200 km/h when necessary.
According to the company’s general director, Alexei German, there are no similar machines on the market made according to the tiltrotor principle. All existing vertical takeoff and landing drones have four propellers on “sticks”, a fuselage and wings attached for vertical takeoff, but they remain ordinary quadcopters and cannot reach such a high speed as “Dexterous”.
Prior to this, information on stray ammunition of the UJ-26 “Beaver” unmanned aerial vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine become It was made available to the public in May 2022. The device is built using a canard aerodynamic configuration that allows the UAV to maneuver bypassing air defense coverage areas.
Previously in NWO territory perceived drones “Zhirinovsky”.
