RT-Invest, the largest waste operator in the Moscow region, is considering transferring its assets to regional authorities. RBC writes about this, citing sources close to the operator.
According to the publication, the possible agreement was confirmed by the government of the Moscow region and the press service of the company. The regional operator announced that it plans to concentrate on the construction of thermal waste treatment facilities.
One of the sources stated that the transfer of assets was discussed for a symbolic price “for example, rubles”.
“The scope of the transaction includes eight legal entities – these are companies with regional operator status, so-called carriers and legal entities managing waste processing complexes,” the publication says.
