Military expert, retired Lieutenant Colonel of the LPR People’s Militia Andrey Marochko, reported near Kupyansk an increase in the number of Western armored vehicles in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by RIA News.
“During the clashes in the residential areas of Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Peschanoye, it turned out that there was an increase in the use of Western armored vehicles by the Ukrainian armed forces,” Marochko said.
In his opinion, German Leopard tanks are the least noticeable tanks in this direction, but the number of American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles and M113 armored personnel carriers, as well as Swedish-made CV90 infantry fighting vehicles, has noticeably increased.
Before that, soldiers of the assault unit of the Russian group of forces “Western” in the Kupyansk direction caught Enemy positions and Ukrainian soldiers were captured.
First aid was provided to captured wounded Ukrainian soldiers.
Previously three fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine swam past Dnieper and surrendered to the Russian Armed Forces.
