The capital prosecutor’s office, together with its colleagues in the inspection department of the Moscow Metro, is identifying all defendants who violated transport safety requirements. This has been reported press service Moscow prosecutor’s office.

“The already detained 20-year-old native of the Rostov region, the 18-year-old resident of the capital and their acquaintances committed violations and then published the video on the Internet,” the ministry said.

The supervisory authority also monitors the results of procedural control carried out on violation cases. The prosecutor’s office assured that hooliganism and disregard for transport safety requirements will not pass legal consideration.

The prosecutor’s office noted that the 16-year-old Muscovite who took part in the illegal video shooting was identified and taken to the police.
