About 62 percent of Russians experience stress due to the need to return to work after the New Year holidays. SuperJob service shared similar information and reports “Kommersant”.

According to the survey, not only one in three employees is exposed to stress. It was noted that those who love their profession return to work calmly after the holiday.

As research shows, 23% of Russians do not even try to reduce the stress of returning to work after vacation. 7% are committed to work from day one. Another 5% resort to self-hypnosis and meditation. 3% each try to get more sleep and physical activity.
