A 47-year-old woman in the Kursk region was taken to court on the grounds that she attacked her neighbor with a pitchfork. In this respect reports Unified press service of the regional judicial system.
The incident occurred in July, but the court announced its decision only now. According to investigators, the injured woman’s daughter was taking the cows from the meadow. On the way home, one of the animals stopped near the defendant’s house and started eating grass. The owner of the house scolded the girl who told everything to her 69-year-old mother.
The old woman decided to discuss the situation with her neighbor. An argument broke out between Russian women in the garden, and the owner of the house started hitting the woman with a pitchfork.
“The next day, the victim went to the hospital with bruises on his arms, shoulders, head and back,” the publication said.
The defendant admitted his guilt. He was sentenced to six months in prison.
