- For four people:
- 1 whole drained chicken (1.5 to 1.8 kg)
- 1 kg thick sliced potatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cloves of garlic fillet
- 1/2 cup olive oil from Aragon and sa
- Set the oven to 225 degrees.
- Brush the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil, lay the potatoes on the bottom, sprinkle with nutmeg, garlic and salt.
- Place the salted and oiled chicken breast side up on top.
- Put the lemon inside the chicken with a few small cuts.
- Put it in the oven for 1 hour while it is hot.
- Turn it over and bake for 45 minutes.
