  • 1 free range chicken in medium pieces.
  • 1/4 red wine.
  • 150 grams of smoked bacon.
  • Beautiful herbs.
  • Fame.
  • Candy.
  • 1/2 cup of brandy.
  • Source onion.
  • Mushrooms.
  • Carrots.
  • Garlic.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • White pepper.
  1. Fry the bacon in a little olive oil and keep it.
  2. Saute the cured chicken in the same oil over high heat, until it is slightly raw inside and golden on the outside.
  3. Remove the chicken, reduce the heat and add the mushrooms and carrots in chunks so that they soften slightly.
  4. Remove the vegetables and add the finely chopped onion and garlic.
  5. Gently sauté until transparent.
  6. Put the chicken, bacon, onion (drained), brandy and flour in a saucepan, stir with a wooden spoon until the flour turns brown.
  7. Then add wine, a tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of herbs.
  8. Season to taste and cover with water, boil for about 20 minutes.
