Chicken with red wine – Knowledge

- 1 free range chicken in medium pieces.
- 1/4 red wine.
- 150 grams of smoked bacon.
- Beautiful herbs.
- Fame.
- Candy.
- 1/2 cup of brandy.
- Source onion.
- Mushrooms.
- Carrots.
- Garlic.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- White pepper.
- Fry the bacon in a little olive oil and keep it.
- Saute the cured chicken in the same oil over high heat, until it is slightly raw inside and golden on the outside.
- Remove the chicken, reduce the heat and add the mushrooms and carrots in chunks so that they soften slightly.
- Remove the vegetables and add the finely chopped onion and garlic.
- Gently sauté until transparent.
- Put the chicken, bacon, onion (drained), brandy and flour in a saucepan, stir with a wooden spoon until the flour turns brown.
- Then add wine, a tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of herbs.
- Season to taste and cover with water, boil for about 20 minutes.
