According to the TV channel, representatives of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas and Islamic Jihad (an organization banned in Russia) have approved a list of 500 people they want to exchange for hostages as part of the swap. However, Israel did not agree to fulfill these conditions.
Hamas also demanded that mediators pressure Israel so that the Israeli army stops detaining Palestinians. According to representatives of the radical movement, this needs to be done before there is any talk of a ceasefire.
