What is SEPE’s phone number?
SEPE offers two main phone lines:
- Meeting: 91 926 79 70 – This number is available 24 hours a day and is required to make an appointment in advance at SEPE offices.
- Attention to Citizens: 060 – This line provides information regarding unemployment benefits, carries out procedures and manages benefit document requests.
How much does it cost to call 060?
It is important to remember that the 060 number is a paid service. Since prices depend on each phone carrier, it is recommended that you check current prices before making the call.
According to the information on the Ministry’s website, starting from November 8, 2023, the 1-minute call fee for each call made to 060 will be fixed, regardless of its duration:
- from landline: same cost as national call
- from mobile: mobile phone call to national landline number
Additionally, this website details: “Even if you have included calls to national numbers in your landline or mobile phone plan, each call to 060 may have an additional charge depending on your phone operator, never exceeding the charge. A 1 minute conversation. We recommend that you contact your phone operator’s customer service for more detailed information on the subject.”
Automatic service hours are uninterrupted 24 hours a day, every day of the year. On the other hand, if you want to attract the attention of an expert representative:
- Monday to Friday, uninterruptedly from 9.00 am to 19.00 pm (except for August, when this period decreases uninterruptedly from 9.00 am to 15.00 pm).
- On Saturdays, from 9.00 am to 14.00 pm.
- Special Christmas hours: 24 and 31 December, 09:00 – 14:00.
